I approach therapy through a trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and somatic lens. I utilize EMDR to help process trauma and other negative emotions stored in the body. I have completed EMDR basic training under Deany Laliotis, LICSW and am working under the consultation of Dr. Pegah Moghaddam, PsyD.

I work with individuals ages 14+ experiencing a myriad of clinical concerns including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, life transitions, and grief. Additionally, I have a passion for working with individuals overcoming complex trauma as well as sexual abuse. Some of my other clinical experiences include working with substance use, HIV/AIDS, and suicidal ideation. Many of my clients are seeking out culturally sensitive care where their identities are given the space to be seen and heard. During our time together we will work on reconnecting the mind and body through cultivating awareness of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. I believe we all have the power to re-write unhelpful narratives and transform our lives.
