I am a gay, transgender clinician dedicated to providing individual therapy to Georgia’s gender, sexuality, and relationship structure minority communities. I am passionate about my community and filling the gap in mental health care that many of us experience.

I have previously worked at an inpatient hospitalization unit, a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, and a school-based therapy program.

If you are looking for a therapeutic environment that celebrates you and all of your identities, email me at alexander@livingfullytherapy.com to set up a consultation.

Focus Areas

  • Gender Identity

    • Supporting individuals in their journey of self-discovery, gender affirmation, and navigating gender dysphoria. I also write letters for gender affirming surgeries.

  • Sexual Orientation

    • Providing a space to explore and understand sexual orientation, coming out, and finding community.

  • Relationship Structure

    • Assisting LGBTQ+, kinky, and polyamorous partners in navigating communication, trust, and intimacy.

  • Parenting & Family Support

    • Helping clients with LGBTQ+ family members understand and embrace their loved one's identity.

  • Mental Health

    • Addressing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges in the context of LGBTQ+ experiences.

Therapy Style

My therapeutic approach is deeply client-centered, meaning that I tailor my methods to your unique needs, goals, and experiences while providing an environment of empathy, acceptance, and authenticity. I also integrate techniques from other theories when appropriate. I understand that the LGBTQ+ experience is diverse, and I strive to create a welcoming environment that celebrates you.
