I am a licensed psychologist who works with individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and depression. I will work with you to meet your goals by helping build awareness and tolerance of uncomfortable emotions while also developing more adaptive coping mechanisms so that we can work towards a healthier behavioral change.

I am certified through PsyPact and am available to see clients in participating states via online video sessions. Click here to see a map of Psypact participating states

In addition to therapy services, I provide psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery candidates. These evaluations are designed to identify your strengths, motivations, and readiness for surgery and to build an understanding of any behavioral challenges or emotional factors that may impact coping skills and adjustment through the surgery process.

I also provide supervision and consultation services for therapists who are seeking support and knowledge working with clients experiencing disordered eating. Having worked with this population at all levels of care, from inpatient to outpatient, I can provide a unique perspective to help you support your clients in their recovery.

Finally, if you have a family member, friend, or loved one struggling with an eating disorder, I will meet with you to help support you in finding resources and recommendations for care and treatment.

As a psychologist, I use evidence based treatments while personalizing therapy in a collaborative, non-judgmental, supportive environment. I use an integrated approach, incorporating components of CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you increase emotion tolerance, challenge unhelpful core beliefs, and move closer to your values.
